Our new SuperFlex Swing Training grip is great for the fitness enthusiast, golfer or tennis player looking to improve and strengthen their swing mechanics and body strength. The grip is designed to be used with SuperFlex Lite Resistance Bands. SuperFlex FT Bands and SuperFlex Barre Bands™ only.
* Warning: The grip is not designed for use with heavy resistance SuperFlex bands thicker than the Resistance band #4.5 yellow or Movement bands of any size.
