#3 Functional Training Band – Blue 70″
The #3 Functional Training Band is used for shoulder, core, hips and lower body strengthening exercises. It can also be used for shoulder and leg stretching routines. This super functional band can be added as resistance to lunges, and step-ups. Used for Core activation and rotational trunk strengthening exercises. This band is featured in our SuperFlex Golf Swing Kit for a heavier resistance when performing golf swing training drills.
Attach workout handles and clips to both ends of the bands to enhance the bands functionality and for a more comfortable grip.
