Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused items (excluding cds, dvds, and printed materials within 14 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees).

Just return the item(s) with your information and instructions for an exchange or refund. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to not accept returns that are in poor condition or are not accompanied by a packing slip. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.

SuperFlex ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective then please contact our friendly Customer Loyalty team at 866-750-7508 or email us on our contact page.

The time period for such a return is the same as any other return – 14 days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Service, and you will be provided with store credit or you can contact our Customer Loyalty team for assistance.

Super easy, an email will be sent to you to confirm we have your order, once it is processed you will receive an invoice for the goods being delivered. Lastly listen out for your doorbell or name to be called when our speedy drivers are there to deliver. Shipping

We ship using the United States Priority Mail service which usually takes 1-3 business days with the U.S.

Yes we do ship internationally through US Priority Mail service which generally takes 6-10 business days. During holiday seasons this might take longer.

Safety

Always perform safety checks and inspect your bands carefully before each use for any tears, wear or damage. NEVER use a damaged band!

Always use proper footwear when looping bands over the foot. Proper footwear does not include flat soiled shoes, which may allow the band to slip off the foot. Use running shoes or shoes that have rubber tread soils for band safety. – Resistance bands will eventually wear out over an extended period of time. If Bands #1 – #3 begin to peel, carefully trim the peeled edge with a small pair of scissors.

Always wear safety glasses or safety goggles for protection.

Always wear safety glasses if lying flat on the floor, table, or any apparatus while looping bands over the foot.

Never stretch any band more than twice its original length.

Do not use if there are loose hardware, stitching, thread, tears, fraying, abrasion, holes, or evidence of wear on any part of equipment or any mounting apparatus and/or door frame. When using door harness, be sure door & frame are secured; and door is locked at all time.

Be sure there are no people, no sharp and dangerous objects on floor and surrounding area. Do not exercise on slippery, cluttered or unstable surface.
