SuperFlex #1 Movement Band – Red 80″
Our #1 Movement Band trains endurance, speed, agility, and quickness. The #1 red band has the same thickness as our #5 Red Resistance Band 40″ and is 2 times as long at the #5 Red Resistance at 80″ in length. Great for shorter explosive movement training, upper body strengthening, interval training and plyometric jumping. A very popular band used golf, soccer, tennis, track, football, and basketball because of it’s versatility and longer double length.
Utilize this band for partner resistance running, hill running, and sand pit training to add another dimension to your training.
This band allows a greater range of outward movement than the #5 Red Resistance Band.
