Athleticity™ Defined

Athleticity™ is the core building block of the SuperFlex® Performance Center.  The focus is on creating the elastic athlete. And, the approach is based on four key building blocks:

Science – the latest in research, experience, and best practices are used ensure the methodology is on the cutting-edge.
Technology – the pivotal equipment is comprised of Flex Technology: bands, cords, and balls.  These are integrated with “non flex” equipment to create a pallet of choices to meet the athlete’s unique needs.
Principles – the key is high-performance longevity during a season and career.  The principles are focused on ensuring that the athlete is both safe and well trained.
Routines – the routines focus on providing sport specific regiments designed for the gym, road, pre-season, and in-season.  The routines are designed to simulate winning performance movement.
