#3 Functional Training Band – Blue 70″
The #3 Functional Training Band is used for shoulder, core, hips and lower body strengthening, stretching and mobility exercises. This super functional band can be added as resistance to lunges, and step-ups. Used for Core activation and rotational trunk strengthening exercises. This band is featured in our SuperFlex Golf Swing Kit for a heavier resistance when performing golf swing training drills.
Attach workout handles and clips to both ends of the bands to enhance the bands functionality and for a more comfortable grip.
