Mini Bands Package
Benefits of the Mini Bands Package:

- Primary used around the ankles and knee’s for hip activation and stability training.
- Bands are used to strengthen the muscles of the hips, legs, glutes and shoulders.
- Bands can be used anywhere – on the field, at home, in the clinic, or gym, or when traveling.
- Bands come in 3 tensions – Light, Medium and Heavy resistance levels.
WARNING: Never secure min bands under a shoe sole or they could break easily. Bands are intended for use around the ankles, knee area, wrists and arms only. This product may contain natural latex and is not recommended for those with latex allergies.
