#4.5 Resistance Band
The #4.5 Resistance Band is used for a variety of exercises to strengthen the upper body, lower body and core. also popular for advanced hip work strengthening work. Connect to workout handles and clips to the band to create a medium – light heavy resistance band with handles.
A pair of these bands are used on both ends of a bar for resisted straight bar training for power lifters, strong men and athletes.
The thickness of the #4.5 resistance band also comes in two additional length at 80″ and 110″. These two longer lengths are called SuperFlex Movement bands.
