#2 Movement Band
Our #2 Movement Band trains endurance, speed, agility, and quickness. The #2 red band has the same thickness as our #5 Red Resistance Band 40″ and is almost 3 times as long at 110″ in length. Great for cardiovascular conditioning and interval training because of it’s longer length it is also extremely effective for short explosive sprints. It’s a very popular band in soccer, tennis, track, football, and basketball because of it’s versatility and longer length.
Utilize this band for partner resistance running, hill running, and sand pit training to add another dimension to your training.
This band allows a greater range of outward movement than the #1 Red 80″ Movement Band.
