What makes our Soccer Functional Training Bands so extremely functional is their ability to be used almost anywhere. They can be looped around any goal post of fence pole as long as the pole is smooth without rust or nicks. Another great feature to these bands is their ability to be doubled over to create a shorter 35″ (inch) band which will double the resistance strength of each band. The FT Bands are used for dynamic warm-ups, shoulder strengthening, upper body strength, hip work and are phenomenal for core training.

The Soccer Functional Training (FT Bands) come in 4 strength resistance levels. We also offer 2 FT Band packages.
