It’s that time of year when we all love to go to the beach. There’s nothing better than enjoying the sun and surf, but believe it or not, the beach can be a great place to bring your resistance bands and get a high caloric workout in. Exercising on the beach is not only fun, it’s a great way to challenge yourself.

When working out on the sand your body has to work harder to balance, and as result you give the entire body, especially the legs and core, a great workout. There’s also less impact on the joints, so the body is less prone to injury.

In the two video’s below I am using a Red Movement Band #1. What I love about this band is its tension, strength, and versatility. It can be used for agility training, cardiovascular conditioning, upper body, lower body, and core strengthening.
